The challenge

Door kit installation sounds like a commodity — until you talk to someone who manages a construction site. There’s a shortage of qualified labor for this kind of work. A construction firm that hires wrong delays the schedule, pays for rework, and blows the budget on a step that should be straightforward.

Tok Final solves exactly that, but nobody knew. Without a website, every sales pitch depended on an in-person meeting or a PDF on WhatsApp. The construction manager searching “door installation for construction firms” on Google found zero relevant results. Tok Final was invisible to the people who needed them most.

The challenge went beyond “build a website”: it was about positioning an ultra-niche company online for the first time. The content had to be created from scratch — there was no institutional copy, no supporting materials, not even a formal description of the services.

The solution

Institutional website in Astro built in partnership with Elevemedia. The goal was clear: when a construction manager searches, they find Tok Final, understand the service in 30 seconds, and walk into the sales meeting already knowing this is a serious company.

Content decisions

The target audience is engineers and construction managers. People who read fast, have no patience for decorative text, and want to know three things: what do you do, why are you better than the alternative, and how do I get in touch.

With that in mind, each section was built to answer a specific question:

  • Hero: “What does Tok Final do?” → Specialized management and execution of door kits for construction firms. Direct, no fluff.
  • Value proposition: “Why hire you?” → Because there’s a qualified labor shortage and you solve that bottleneck. This became the central positioning.
  • Team and track record: “Who’s coming into my construction site?” → Construction firms want to see faces and history. Real photos of the team in the field, no stock photography.
  • Mission, vision, and values: the client requested it, and in B2B construction this matters. Large construction firms check this kind of thing before approving a vendor.
  • Detailed service: “How does the installation work?” → Process steps, what’s included, how follow-up works.
  • Contact: WhatsApp, email, phone, and form. Multiple channels because construction managers have different preferences.

Design

Institutional green palette + white. Serious tone, no frills. Zero decorative elements that don’t serve a purpose. The audience is engineers — they notice when a site is trying to compensate for lack of content with pretty design.

Real photos of fieldwork, no generic illustrations. When the manager sees Tok Final’s team installing a door on an actual construction site, the credibility is immediate.

Performance

Astro SSG with Lighthouse 95+. A detail that matters in this specific case: construction managers often access the site from the job site, on their phone, with spotty 3G. A page that takes 5 seconds to load in that context doesn’t get opened. Images were heavily optimized and the zero JavaScript approach ensures the page loads fast even on bad connections.

SEO

I implemented meta tags and Schema.org targeting terms the audience actually searches: “door installation for construction firms”, “door kit installation”, “labor for door installation”. Niche market with low Google competition — ranking early is a real competitive advantage.

Results

  • Website that does the sales pitch before the first meeting
  • Construction firms evaluate Tok Final online before calling
  • Institutional content created from scratch (no materials existed before the project)
  • SEO positioned for niche terms with low competition
  • Loads fast on the engineer’s phone in the middle of a job site with spotty 3G
  • The company’s first digital presence ever
